An expert at finesse angling, Major League Fishing pro, Shin Fukae has caught thousands of bass on a Neko Rig, and here he breaks down his preferred setup for this presentation. When fishing the SPRO Pintail Stick Worm paired with a Gamakatsu G-Finesse Cover Neko Hook, Shin uses a 7'0" Medium/Fast Shimano Expride B spinning rod, which is extremely sensitive and lightweight, making it perfect for just about any finesse presentation. For the reel, Shin relies on Shimano's flagship spinning reel, the 3000-size Stella FK, which he admits is a little bit spendy, however, anglers will have the pinnacle of line management and castability with the Stella's innovative design to achieve maximum performance. Rounding out his setup, Shin relies on a 10lb braided line to an 8lb fluorocarbon leader. With this setup, anglers can take their Neko rig and confidently fish behind other anglers to pickup bites that they leave behind!

You could add a split shot to it to add weight for it to sink a bit as you’re reeling in
How are they in fast current?
Invizex is garbage. Breaks constantly
Thank you. 🐟
Cool stuff!
Whsts fav color bait gor stclsir thk
Which of the Spook lures have a rattle inside?
WORKHORSE Here we Come!! Paired with My Shimano DC MD 23
Weight of the blank ?
Best worm ever hands down
Do the difference weight heads make difference? Is it worth going out to buy a different head
Used a strike king bitsy bug bleeding swim jig in green pumpkin/red with a green pumpkin rage menace and caught 6 bass today in a few hours. ❤ Niceeee
Guys check this out, I reinvented the wheel
Can that rod be used for spinning in salt water?
Can that rod be used for spinning in salt water?
I’m on the fishing team so I’m defidently using this next tournoment
What size reel is that?
I’m so glad I didn’t have to watch 17 stories 8 sponsors and like and subscribe bits to get all the information I need. Thank you for a short and sweet video sir
I do a two finger length from the hook and I use a mini ring on my hook as well for my Texas rig.
So, what's the difference in price and then price "point"?
i’ve had a st croix for year s last year i didn’t fish much and left it on the bed of my truck and there’s crap all on top of it and all that crap no tellin what all was on it and i didn’t lose a rod tip paint nothing these things are the real deal. i have a ducket heavy rod and it lost like 3 or 4 rod tips in the bed but the medium st croix did not and even if it did break or does break they have the best warranty just tell em hey i broke my rod and boom another one’s st your door. mine is a bass x medium 7’1 fast. love it bought it for moving baits but i even throw soft plastics and everything on it because this matched with my shimano is just my favorite combo i can’t seem to put it down.
I punch hydrilla with the big Rage menace here in Florida at Lake Okeechobee, Kissimmee Chain and anywhere there is matted vegetation.
Would the jerkbait or the flat side special be better for a pop max?
The c rig is making a huge comeback, kind of interesting that certain baits are cyclical. I’m just starting to fish them and I typically use a brush hog. Do you think it’s better if you use a floating bait (zman or anything elaztech)?
Thank you, youve done your homework, I live here and thats good advice.
So, I used mine today actually and caught a bass on a lipless. Like the length and action. The only thing I don’t like is the rod shutters when making long casts.
Which rod did you have? 3/5/10 xd?
@@krispyk.1786 10xd
I thought he used the tatula elite ish Monroe swimbait rod for big swimbaits ? You made another video with him using that rod. ?????
Cuántas libras usas p ese arreglo trenzado o naylon
I’ve been using the split ring on my free rig, need to give it a go on my Texas rig now
I do this on my micro Texas rigs, with zman trd baits. It essentially lets me fish it sorta like a weedless ned, with the bait standing vertically, but it doesn’t snag on weeds like even a weedless ned head will. Highly recommend 👌🏼
You use a bobber stop? I let that weight sliiiiiiiide.
Will be throwing wobble heads and dark sleepers with this model.
These look so amazing woah
I can't lie I've definitely cut the wrong line a time or 2 and thrown a perfectly good bait to the bottom of the lake... LOL I'm a big 6th sense swim jig fan but I do like the way that Outcast jig looks. Great video keepem coming guys!!!
Whats the best inexpensive sunglasses
These were my secret killer bait before hypebeasts ruined them
Just bought mine today with 20% off at Joe's Sporting good. Can't wait to use it. Also bought the 7'1 MH 2 yrs ago gotta put that to use also.
I use a Shakey Head at Lake Moomaw in Covington VA..what would be other baits I could use there?
I have some 832 that is 5 years old and in service after several big jacks
WOW.. That guy must have been from the Marketing Dept. He was really trying to up-sale a lot of the BASIC processes that are just common from all manufacturing of rods, even the crappy ones from China.
THanks Seth I will use that setup alot!
I also ned rig this bait
Yo man Im curious what you mean by you beefed up your reel handles a bit ??
Don’t be skurrrd
Thank you for the help
If ya wanna use elazatech lures such as than, jus heat up the cork screw keeper with a lighter, and be ready to screw on your trailer! Ya have bout 1-20 seconds to get that trailer locked on
This dude seems cool
Sold mine. Found little use for it. Butt section is much too long as well. It might be useful on big lakes drift fishing tubes but other then that .. just too much length and too much butt section to be very comfortable or if much versatility
Just curious but is the hook up ratio still decent on those baits with the hook being so buried in the plastic ? Beautiful looking baits no doubt
Very detailed factory tour of a great quality product. God Bless good old American made products.
I throw a spro kgb Chad shad on mine with zero issue and have no problem getting a good long cast and getting the hooks set on a long cast
